Our boxer, Sherlock, knows where we're headed when we get off the freeway at the San Mateo exit. He can't wait to get to his play day at doggie day care! We've also boarded Sherlock and it's always been a good experience for him. I feel totally confident having the folks at Caring Paws look after Sherlock, whether for a day or a week.
I know we haven't been around for a while. My husband was diagnosed with cancer a little over a year ago, so our lives have changed dramatically. But we haven't forgotten about you. Hope to bring Sherlock for a day of fun soon!

Caring Paws is the best. The people who work there really seem to love the dogs. It is always clean and smells great. My dog Abby loves spending the day there rather than staying home alone while I am at work. And it makes overnight traveling much easier on me to know Abby is sleeping in a nice, big stall on her own bed rather than a small kennel crate in a dark cement room.

This is just a quick note to let you all know how much we enjoy the facilities and attention we receive when staying at Caring Paws. My two younger brothers and I, have been regular visitors for almost 4 years. Occasionally, our parents give us respite from being at home alone during their busy week and let us come to Caring Paws to play with our friends during the day. We even spend nights when our parents take longer trips. We don’t mind that much because we have fun at Caring Paws and are treated so well. We always like to ride in the car, but when we realize it’s a trip to Caring Paws, it’s awfully hard to contain our excitement. Thank you Caring Paws for all you do!

Our boy, Francis, has been attending Caring Paws faithfully since he was four months old. When we got him at six weeks, he was a handful, but as he got older and became eligible to attend your facility, he has grown into a more loving, mature dog. Being around other dogs really has helped socialize him. He looks forward to attending daycare twice a week! He provides lots of interaction with the other dogs and often is one who instigates play sessions. My husband and I are so grateful that this facility exists and provides a structured, protective environment where Francis can exert his puppy energy.

Lily, the giant Schnoodle, loves her time at Caring Paws. She gets excited in the car when she's on her way. She runs to the door to be let in and is obviously comfortable with the staff. She plays all day while she is there and comes home happy and exhausted. Every time we drop her off, staff greet her affectionately and seem genuinely happy to see her. We feel Caring Paws is looking out for the health and safety of our Lily.

I have been taking my dogs to Caring Paws since it opened. I like the fact that it is small and homey. My dogs get all the attention they want and the staff has always been very caring and on top of things. My dogs love to play and they are very patient with their "ball obsession". I have boarded the dogs many times and they are always well-cared for.

We have tried numerous places in town until we stumbled upon Caring Paws. Our dogs were terrified and trembling whenever we dropped them off at other places. Caring Paws is totally the opposite. Our dogs absolutely love to go to Caring Paws! They jump out of the car and run excitedly into CP. The people at CP love what they do and it shows. The extra attention they give our dogs is exceptional. I would highly recommend.

Tessa, our Italian mastiff, loves Caring Paws. She usually enjoys a play day there on Fridays. I don't know how she knows, but she will pester and pester me Friday morning until I take her to Caring Paws. She loves not only the other dogs but the staff there as well!

Our little Havanese Moe loves to spend time with his friends at Caring Paws. The daycare environment is a great way for him to socialize and interact with both small and large dogs. Moe was always timid and scared about being around large dogs, but with the help of each member of their excellent staff, he has learned to overcome that fear. It is so amazing to watch him hanging out with a Great Dane or a Doberman.The staff is both nurturing and knowledgeable and take care of Moe as if he were their own. The boarding facility is excellent and we feel very comfortable with the care that Moe receives when he is a guest. We feel that he is getting the best of both worlds, by being able to be active by playing all day, and being in a safe, clean, and well-cared for facility at night. We're very fortunate to have found Caring Paws and are very grateful for the personalized and professional attention that the most precious member of our family receives. Our girl's name is Blu and she is the love of our lives. Blu has traveled all over the country and has always participated in doggy day care. Blu loves going to Caring Paws more that anywhere before. She is always happy to go and knows within blocks that she is in for a day of fun. Upon arrival, she greets everyone and runs for the gate to see who is there to play. And when we pick her up; we are not quite sure she wants to go or stay and play. We have never had any incident that has caused us any alarm and the staff is all great.

We started bringing our two dogs to Caring Paws soon after it opened, upon the recommendation of a friend. Our dogs loved it from day one. If you mention any of their "friends" names, they get so excited. When we got the third puppy a couple of years later, he joined the pack, too. We board them regularly when we have to leave town, and they go to daycare about once a week. Many things set Caring Paws aside from other daycares or boarding kennels: it's owner-run and operated; longer, more-flexible hours; great service for the money; no "add-on" charges; two days of daycare are included with one night boarding - so the dogs are out playing all day at no extra cost; and spacious kennels so our dogs can stay together at night. The staff members genuinely care about the dogs. Over the past four or so years, we have referred several friends to Caring Paws - many of whom are now "regulars." After having researched most of the Albuquerque area doggie day care / boarding providers, we have no doubt that Caring Paws provides the best service for our dogs. Most importantly, the dogs come home happy...and exhausted!

When I asked a friend who the best doggie day care was in town, without a beat, she said your name. I called and the next morning my two pups had a great place to be. My job was demanding and my schedule was anything but regular and they were accommodating and they were good to our dogs. However, the real proof is in the pudding and happy dogs tell you everything you might need to know.
